I wear whitemane's chapeau from SM in combination with a robe of power. the matching colors look really hot.
I am the proud wearer of a pointy sorcerer cap dropped from the elementals in Arathi Highlands near one of the circles. 16 int etc.
I wish I had taken a screenshot, but anyways I am happy.
Also am going to have enough for a skeletal horse at 40.

It's red with a lot of pattern to it. Gold trim and such.
However, it's bind on create. Only the Tailor that makes the Robe can wear it.
There are other worlds than these.
Was trying to decide whether to bid on a wizard's hat or the white bandit mask yesterday -- decided on the wizard's hat but I can't wear it for a couple levels.
Also, does anyone know if the Admiral's Hat is a pirate hat?
I heard a rumor somewhere that the tailor could make a robe of power via the trade window, but I have no idea how that works or if it's even true.

According to Thottbot the Admiral's hat is activated, not passive.
Are those old screenshots?
My mage is wearing an Admiral's Hat. They definitely changed it from that screenshot (from beta?). Now it is a +20 stamina single-target buff that lasts 15 minutes and has a 15 minute cooldown. If you take the hat off after casting, the buff goes away (but the cooldown doesn't reset). I don't mind the 200 hp it gives me, though a party buff would be neato.

It's from beta.
But Thottbot isn't always accurate. Sometimes the way things are coded in the game makes the information in Thottbot not 100 percent accurate on things like activation, etc. (And, of course, it also gives the impression that things only drop off of certain creatures which, for the most part, is absolutely untrue -- things only drop off a certain level range.)
I finally got mine over the weekend as well. Looks much better than the hood I was wearing
